Miami and Eastern Carribbian Cruise
We met our friends Dave and Dahlia in Miami and spent 3 days on Miami Beach. We played volley ball on the beach and ofcourse spent lots of time swimming in the warm Atlantic water. We also took some time to see the shops on Lincoln Rd.

Then we boarded the Carnival Liberty.

The first day was a ship day. We did all kinds of activities durring the day such as ping-pong turnaments, karaoke and miniature golf, then for dinner that night everyone on the ship dressed in formal wear and we had an elegant dinner and saw a singing and dancing show in the ships grand theater.

Dahlia and I singing Dancing Queen at the Karaoke event.

1st stop was a private beach in the Bahamas owned by the cruise ship. Isn't it beautiful?!! The ship served us a hawaiian BBQ on the island for lunch and we hiked over to see their sting ray pool.

2nd stop was St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. This was my favorite stop of the trip. We rented scooters and scooted to all of the different beaches there. we did some snorkling and fresh tropical smoothies. yum! I got to drive the scooter for a little bit, but when I couldn't remember to stay on the left side of the road, I quickly got booted to the back seat! phew!

Puerto Rico was our 3rd destination. We went to the only rain forest in US territory there and hiked to a waterfall. BEATIFUL! Then we were dropped off at the barricade which was huge!
Our last destination was Grand Turk, which sadly wasn't much. We took a golf cart all around the small island. There was supposedly a cool light house on the other side of the island, but when we got there, the light house was not much to see. We did however find some cool creatures while snorkling!

BYU Basketball Game! Feb. 2010

We attended the BYU vs. San Diego basketball game together. Greg ate beans that day for lunch so you can only guess what the students behind us were experiencing! Poor Guys! We cheered our team to victory 82 to 68 Yay! After the game while we were stuck in traffic I leaned over and kissed Greg. The car sitting right next to us saw and honked at us. How embarrassing!
Vegas! February 2010
This was my first time ever seeing the strip and the imput was incredible.

I was so entertained with all the glitz and glamour of the New York New York, the elegance of the Bellagio and the beauty of the Venetian.

The second day we decided to go to the Las Vegas Temple. Greg thought he knew where the temple was and we ended up beng lost for over an hour. finally we asked for directions and realized we were on the opposite side of town. When we finally arrived at the temple we didn't have that much time left, but we were able to do a short session of sealings which was really cool!

This is us inside the very top of the Stratosphere. We got tickets to the Big Shot ride hat shoots you straight up into the sky untill you are 1,081 feet above the ground and held in your seat with only a small harness, feet danling. The other ride we got tickets to was called the X-Sream, a giant teeter-totter that rockets you off the edge of the tower then stops at the end and teeters you off the edge. The big shot was actually really fun, it was amazing seeing the lights of the strip that high off the ground and the thrill was intense, but cool. The X-Sream was the worst most torturous thing I have ever put myself through. The whole ride Greg and I clung to eachother in total horror! and when the ride was done, the guy asked if it was fun and both of us were like, "NO!"

WOW! so I know it has been way to long since my last post... I guess I am just really bad at this blogging stuff. hopefully I'll get better. So as you may know, Greg has been preparing for law school and we have been trying to decide where to go. I am happy to announce that we have made our decision as to where we will go for Law School. After much debate and consideration we have chosen... drum roll please... The University of Syracuse, in Syracuse New York! YAY! This will be a big change for Greg and I. We both having lived in Utah most of our lives. But we are very excited for the new opportunity and the adventure. Wish us luck. We will be moving in August! :)
