For Valentines Day, Greg asked if it would be ok if I just came on his Trucking trip to Denver CO for his work. Although it seemed a little anticlimatic for our first Valentines Day married, I agreed to go. At least I would be with him on that special day. We planned to go snowboarding at A-Basin on the way which was really fun, then continue to Denver that night and sleep in the truck. We arrived in Denver at about 7:30 pm. Greg dropped the trailer and then started driving into town "looking for someplace to eat." Greg suddenly stopped the truck and blinedfolded me. After some more driving and what seemed like a very long walk, Greg took the blindfold off and I was standing in a hotel room decorated with a bouquet of flowers, rose pedals, confetti, balloons and of course chocolate strawberries.
